I’m not the most prolific reader and I can easily admit to never dipping my toes into any Tolstoy. However, a line from Anna Karenina about spring has got me questioning whether it’s time to put a hold on the Netflix binge sessions. Okay, so the likelihood of me actually neglecting Chicago Fire for Tolstoy is quite slim but I think this quote is perfect for my life at this point in time.
“Spring is the time of plans and projects.”
I stumbled across these words when looking for some title inspiration and it is certainly apt. Currently I’m planning a Pacific Coast Highway road trip as well as trying to get to grips with using a GoPro for my upcoming adventure to the Galapagos. I’ve also got some other exciting ideas for the blog that I’ll be pursuing over the next few months.
The highlight of this spring will be attending the UK Blog Awards where I’m sure to hear about some amazingly creative projects from fellow bloggers and have the chance to learn more about the digital marketing world. I’m so happy to be a finalist in the photography category and can’t wait to see how it goes!
The trigger for this post is linked to being back home in the countryside combined with a break from work. It gives me the opportunity to research and plan my adventures as well as get back into photographing anything and everything. In this case the spring flowers.
Keep your eyes peeled on the blog for new posts and to see how the awards go!
