My latest lesson in London has simply been to try anything and everything.

One of my favourite things about this city is the wealth of activities and random things you can experience. One day you can be on a photography tour through Shoreditch, the next you’re enjoying a contemporary Cuban dance performance at the Barbican. There is something for everyone and I suggest that you try something new whenever you can.

The highlights of my latest escapades in London come in the form of street art from Brick Lane and an amazing African circus show at the Peacock Theatre.
