So I’ve managed to get through my first week of work just fine! And who knew I’d love work this much? I’ve surprised myself with just how much I’m enjoying what I do. Everyone at work is lovely and with such a relaxed environment it’s so easy to have a laugh.

Here’s a quick summary of what I get up to as a content intern:

– Write hotel descriptions for new hotels

– Update Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest and Instagram for the company

– Send off descriptions for translation

– Upload all of the descriptions in French, Spanish, German and Italian

So for anyone interested in the hotel or travel industry I’d seriously recommend it as you get to do loads and it’s a great way to get a bit creative. Plus as someone who prides herself on being tech savvy one week at this job has made me realise I’m far from it!

All in all this year abroad is looking great so far and I can’t wait for the next experience!
